Community Guidelines

Setu works when businesses can trust what they see.

Be real

  • Represent only businesses you are authorised to represent.
  • Don't impersonate people, brands or organisations.
  • Don't post fake reviews, fake credentials or misleading claims.

Be respectful

  • No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content.
  • No spam, mass unsolicited messages or repeated connection requests.

Be lawful

  • No scams, fraud, counterfeit goods or prohibited products and services.
  • Respect intellectual property — post only content you have rights to.

Reporting and appeals

Every business, post, message and opportunity can be reported. Our moderators review reports and record every decision. If action is taken on your content, you can appeal.
