Setu is operated by BayAreaLa8s Inc. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and, where you act for a business, be authorised to represent it. Eligibility and minimum-age requirements will be finalised before public launch.
Your content
You are responsible for what you and your business post. Information must be accurate and must not infringe anyone else's rights. Content must follow our Community Guidelines.
Business dealings
Setu helps businesses find each other. Setu is not a party to any deal you make, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or payment reliability of any business, product or service.
Suspension
We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our guidelines. You can appeal a decision through the Contact page.
